Ingredients
1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
4 oz 93% lean ground turkey
½ cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove, chopped
½ tsp chili powder
½ cup canned diced tomatoes
½ cup cooked black beans, rinsed
Instructions
Heat oil in a small pot over medium heat.
Add turkey, onion, garlic, and chili powder. Cook, stirring often, until turkey is browned, 4-5 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes and beans. Let simmer for flavors to meld, adding a splash of water if dry, about 10 minutes.
