Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add tofu and cook until browned in spots, about 4 minutes.
  3. Add onion, ginger, and vegetables and stir-fry until crisp-tender, 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add stir-fry sauce and cook until heated through, about 1 minute, adding a splash of water if dry.
  5. Serve over rice. Sprinkle with tamari.
